Smoking is allowed on our outside terraces or in the restaurant gardens.

Our team will gladly assist you with any type of reservations, as well as organize sight-seeing tours, deliver mail or help you with your on-line airline check-in. You can also use it for a wake-up call.

Our service staff are gladly at your disposal for anything you may need for your room – a spare duvet, pillows, extra blankets, a sewing kit, towels, cots for babies, etc. Certain amenities found in your room such as umbrellas and bathrobes may be purchased at the reception desk for you to take home. If you forgot any toiletries such as your toothbrush, toothpaste, a shaving kit or manicure set, we can provide those items for you. Please be aware that there may be a charge for some items.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Breakfast is served in our hotel restaurant. You may choose from either our buffet offering a wide variety of items, or you can order a la carte from our breakfast menu.

Breakfast in your room?

Simply fill out the breakfast order form found in your hotel room and hang it on the outside door handle of your room before 4:00 a.m. We will then happily deliver your breakfast to your room.

On your day of departure, please ensure that you vacate the room by noon. If you need to keep the room longer, please inform the reception desk.

All areas of the hotel are covered by a secure Wifi network providing you free access to the internet. Log-in details are available at the Reception Desk. There is also a computer nook with a printer available for your use.

Communications and messaging apps

Save money when you want to connect with your loved ones by using a communications app such as Skype, WhatsApp, or Messenger. Internet access is complimentary.

Hotel telephone

Instructions for using the phone are located on the small telephone table in your room. You can use the phone to call the reception desk, room-to-room, or anywhere outside the hotel.

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your outside door handle. If you would like your room serviced, use the other side of the sign “Please service room”.

We have our own professional laundry facility on-site where we will handle your items with the utmost care. Place your dirty laundry in the dedicated plastic bag found in the closet and make sure to include a filled-out order form along with your items, then hand the bag to our reception desk. We also offer a daily “express” service. Laundry received by 10:00 a.m. will be returned the same day. Laundry received after 10:00 a.m. will be returned the following day.

We will happily provide airport transfers or drive you to your business meeting.

Are you arriving early or leaving late? We offer a luggage storage facility for your convenience.

Our hotel does not have professional medical staff on duty. Should the need for medical care arise, we will gladly assist you. Please be aware that there may be an additional fee for this service. For your safety, please make the hotel manager aware of any illnesses, including allergies. The manager will make arrangements for anything that may be needed.

The hotel is equipped with a fire detection system. Our staff has been specially trained in case of fire. Hotel rooms and public areas have been fitted with smoke detectors that are monitored 24 hours per day. In the event of an emergency, dial 9 immediately and tell the reception desk the location of the fire. Should the alarm sound, please leave the building by the nearest emergency exit and make your way to the designated meeting area. You may be evacuated in the event of an emergency.
